Verizon Authentication Error Issue

We are currently experiencing some technical issues where Verizon is blocking our servers from connecting to You can see this from your side when there is an authentication error (invalid email address or a password) despite of having a correct password configured. The issue seems to appear because Verizon doesn’t allow very frequent connections. The result is that we cannot check for new emails as often as we would like too or that our servers get locked out. This leads to spam slipping through in your email programs since we cannot access your mailbox.

We are working diligently to find some workaround regarding this matter. Unfortunately we cannot say for sure how long it will take.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused and thank you for understanding.

You monitor 2 mail addresses for me. 1 is OK. The other is the address '' is not connecting to that address. I have read your notes on Verizon & understand what you refer to. Since SpamDrain is not collecting my mail...(while it has done so in the past) would it help if I entered a new password? When Verizon merged with AOL many irritating issues have evolved!! I am happy to send the password - or enter it anew on my phone. Thank you very much.
