How do I cancel my subscription with Spamdrain?

If you only want to pause the filtering, please see this help center article.

Follow the instructions below to cancel your subscription and remove your entire account before the subscription expires/renewed:

  1. Sign in to the Spamdrain web site: https://spamdrain.com/app.html
  2. Click on Account in the left side menu.
  3. Click the Remove account button and confirm.

    Hello,

    For the past 2 years I have used your services for 1 email address (and I have always been satisfied).  I have subscribed for a second address yesterday and then when a tried to activate the service pour this second address I discovered that "gmail" adresses are not, apparently, covered.

    What can I do ?  How can I recover my money.

    Hi Lisa,

    Spammers often use forged addresses when sending spam, both from and to. If you believes they are legitimate emails meant for this other person, you need to contact their respective provider.

    Hi Lisa,

     

    You receive notifications from zendesk since you have made comments on a help article and another user has too. when we reply in that same public article they probably receive notifications. In short, that those are just notifications from this thread.
